How does the online doctor consultation at Doktorly work?
You fill out a medical questionnaire online and order the medication of your choice. One of our German doctors reviews your information anonymously and issues the prescription if it is medically appropriate. Delivery is then handled by a partner pharmacy – within 24 to 48 hours.
How quickly do I receive my prescription?
After you submit the questionnaire, the doctor usually gets back to you within a few hours by email. The prescription then goes directly to the partner pharmacy – delivery takes place within 24–48 hours.
How secure is the online consultation and my data privacy?
All health data is transmitted in encrypted form and processed in compliance with GDPR. Every prescription is individually reviewed by a doctor licensed in Germany – no prescription is issued automatically.
Are the prescriptions issued online valid?
Yes. They are regular prescriptions issued by German doctors. They are redeemed through partner mail-order pharmacies and you receive the original prescription within a maximum of 48 hours by post.
What does a consultation at Doktorly cost?
The prescription fee is a transparent €24.99. Medication costs depend on the product and the pharmacy and are billed separately by the partner pharmacy.
How does payment work?
Payment is handled securely and easily through our platform. We work with PayPal as our payment service provider and accept common payment methods.
Can I get my money back?
If the doctor does not issue a prescription, your order will be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our refund rules. You can find the exact rules on our refund page.
Do I need health insurance?
No. Our prescriptions are private prescriptions for self-payers and privately insured patients. On request, we will issue an invoice that can be submitted for reimbursement by many insurers.
Which treatments does Doktorly offer?

No. The medical review takes place entirely online via the medical questionnaire. Optionally, you can book an online consultation with specialist doctors – without a waiting room and from anywhere.
Is the ADHD test at Doktorly free?
Yes. The ADHD self-test is based on the WHO's ASRS-v1.1, consists of 18 questions, takes around 3 minutes and is 100% free and anonymous – including an immediate evaluation.
Which pharmacy ships the medication?
The medication is shipped by verified German partner mail-order pharmacies. Delivery takes place within 24–48 hours, packaged discreetly.
Can I use Doktorly without speaking German?
Our website is gradually being rolled out in additional languages, including English. Doctor reviews and communication are currently mainly in German – an English version is on the way.
How do I log in to my patient portal?
Via "My Portal" at the top right you get to your patient account. There you will find your orders, prescriptions and documents. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the login page.
